Entrepreneurial spirit

ELISE Simon (24) was orphaned in 1987 and has since been living with her grandmother in Oshimwaku, where she was born.

At the beginning of the year she came to Windhoek to study Bricklaying and Plastering at the Vocational Training Centre (VTC).
