THE Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide against a man from Okahao who allegedly ran over an elderly pedestrian on Tuesday.
The driver, whose name has been withheld, claims that he was driving on a gravel road near a village in the Ongandjera area when he suddenly heard something hitting against his car.
