THE Police at Eenhana in the Ohangwena Region have arrested Fillemon Shaumbwa (80) from Onekaku village in connection with the death of his wife, Ruusa Johannes (51), on Sunday.
Regional Police Commander Armas Shivute said the couple were quarrelling about a bottle of traditional liquor called ombike.
