DRUG-RELATED charges against a well-known businessman and nightclub owner from Windhoek and two other people were withdrawn in the Swakopmund Magistrate’s Court last week.
Achim Heinrich, Adolf Engels and Donnay Bartlett appeared in court on Wednesday.
