MADRID – Real Madrid’s new signing Royston Drenthe was involved in a road accident with a police car in the early hours of Monday morning, Spanish sports daily Marca reported.
The Dutch youth international, who completed a 14 million euro move to the Spanish champions from Feyenoord earlier this month, was reported to have collided with the police car while executing a U-turn in the city centre at around 04h30.
