DJ Potpher says he has so far received positive feedback to the song, which motivates him to complete his upcoming album.
“I”;m glad people gave their honest opinion on the single. The type of genre I do is more Afro with Zambian dance hall. I”;m still thinking of a date to drop the album, but for now, singles,” he says.
Diverting back to the new single on the market, DJ Potpher explains how the lyrical content came about.
He says he started off with a beat, after which the ideas started flowing.
“I decided to record the track after the ideas came together, and mixed it myself,” he says.
The artist is currently visiting family in Zambia. DJ Potpher says his music journey officially kicked off in 2011 after years of listening to his brother remaking beats of famous songs, such as “;Always on Time”;, by Ja Rule, featuring Ashanti.– unWraponline
