FORMER Minister of Foreign Affairs Hidipo Hamutenya has called on Namibians to stop blackmailing and insulting each other and to concentrate on developing their country in a democratic way.
Hamutenya was addressing an Africa Day commemoration at Ouhongo village in the Ohangwena Region.
