Dead Dog – Whipping up Dust

AT THIS otherwise precious town of Swakopmund, we experience from time to time severe sand storms and therefore have a need for whipping up clouds of emotion about this unfortunate incident.

Unfortunately Swakopmund can be regarded as a doggy town with some dog-headed pet owners overstepping every social rule as far as good neigbourliness is concerned! SPCA centers attest to the fact that there are many untrained and uncaring pet owners.
