PLANS to develop Van Rhyn Dam near Keetmanshoop have been approved by the Keetmanshoop Town Council.
Yesterday the Keetmanshoop Town Council signed a memorandum of understanding with a private investor, Gotwyn Awasman, who wants to invest N$3 million in the development.
