POLICE in Windhoek have arrested a 30-year-old man who was allegedly found in possession of 10 parcels of dagga weighing three kg.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Stephan Nuuyi said the man was found with the dagga at a house in Rocky Crest at about 15h45 on Saturday.
