The Congress of Democrats (CoD) did not sign the Electoral Commission of Namibia’s code of conduct on Friday.
The CoD was the only party out of 21 not to sign the code.
The commission’s chairperson, Elsie Nghikembua, said the ECN would afford the party another opportunity to do so.
