A MAN from Kuisebmond, Walvis Bay, was arrested on Saturday by the Namibian Police’s Drug Law Enforcement Unit after being found in possession of 19 parcels of dagga.
Benhard Tjaverua (28) was allegedly dealing in the illegal substance at the time of his arrest.
