ON and on the conversation goes with a public ‘servant’ on the phone chatting with his relative or friend and you sitting invisibly in front of him/her for hours, just to be told that it is lunch hour and that you should come back later.

If one is frequents the offices of the government you are bound to find most public ‘servants’ on phone and mostly chatting with their friends or relatives.
