The Chief of Amuteya Traditional District in the Ondonga tribal area in the Oshikoto Region, Wilibald Mwandingi, died in the Onandjokwe Lutheran Hospital on Sunday afternoon at the age of 80.
Chief Mwandingi suffered a stroke during an Ondonga Traditional Council meeting in November 2003 and never completely recovered.
