SANLAM Investment Management (SIM) Namibia, a leading local investment manager with assets under management of close to N$11 billion, has announced the retirement of Chief Executive Officer Blackie Swartz.
After 16 years with the Sanlam Group, including 11 years as a fund manager and two years as the Chief Executive Officer of SIM Namibia, Swartz will step down from his CEO responsibilities with effect from January 1 2007.
