I’VE noticed the recent change in Telecom’s logo and branding with interest.It is unfortunate that these changes in image do not extend to Telecom’s service levels and general customer service.
Telecom remains a dinosaur as far as service levels are concerned; in fact, their service levels in many instances can only be described as criminal.
