WINDHOEK – Karibib Portland Cement (KPC) is set to invest N$1,8 billion in a cement plant and a mine 12 kilometres northeast of Karibib.

The investment includes the establishment of a mine, the building of a cement factory and essential infrastructure such as access roads and rail links.
