NAMIBIA’S second cellphone operator, Cell One, has trained 32 distributors at Swakopmund and will roll out its service at the coast within the next two weeks, says chief marketing officer Ivar Talmoen.
Two Cell One shops will be opened at Swakopmund and Walvis Bay.
