caf-Tickets available for African Women Champs

Namibian soccer lovers, pundits, fans, as well as sympathisers anticipating to attend the TN mobile African Women Championships have been called upon to collect free tickets at the various official outlets, being at Computicket and the Namibia Football House starting on Wednesday, 8 October.

This was confirmed by the Namibia Football Association (NFA) Secretary General Barry Rukoro in a brief interview with nfa.org.na.

Rukoro said that members of the public can collect tickets for the Championships from Wednesday at all Computicket outlets, although the tickets will only be available at Football House as from Thursday.

According to Rukoro the public can visit any Computicket outlet and collect themselves tickets free of charge which will serve as their only gate pass to watch the matches during the tournament.

The tournament gets underway on 11 October and will continue through the group stage, via the knockout phase up to the finals on 25 October. The top three nations will qualify for the 2015 Women’s World Cup in Canada.

The tournament will get underway on Saturday, 11 October with Namibia playing in the opening match against Zambia followed by another mouthwatering encounter between Nigeria and the Ivory Coast. – nfa.org.na
