DECISIONS taken at the Cabinet meeting of September 6: * Angolan refugees from Botswana Cabinet approved that 350 Angolan refugees living in Botswana should be allowed to pass through Namibia en route home.
This follows a request from the Botswana Government and the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR).
