WINDHOEK businesswoman Estelle Small, who in October 2001 was sentenced to a fine and a one-year prison term after being convicted of selling fake gemstones (diamonds), appeared in the Magistrate’s Court here on Monday Small (45) is charged with defrauding Windhoek’s Okanyenti Guest House of N$ 24 824 in 2002.

According to the charge-sheet, she faces charges of bilking and theft under pretence.
