A local businessman from Ondangwa in the Oshana region is reported to have taken his life on Friday morning at his Omashaka residence.
Confirming the reports, Oshana police regional commander commissioner Lungameni Sakaria said the man, Naftali Hidishange(40), fatally shot himself in the head.
His next of kin have been informed.
