Bukalo pensioner dies in suspected suicide

A 72-year-old man is suspected to have ended his own life at a village in the Bukalo area of the Zambezi region on Thursday.

The man has been identified as Charles Milunga. According to the police, his next of kin have been informed of his death.

Zambezi police spokesperson inspector Kisco Sitali told The Namibian that Milunga died at the village Kandiana.

Sitali added that no suicide note was found after Milunga’s death.

A police investigation is continuing, he said.
