A HEAD-ON collision between a motorcycle and a bakkie in Klein Windhoek on Tuesday evening has claimed two young lives.
The Police announced in their daily crime bulletin on Friday that a case of culpable homicide was being investigated after the crash in which two teenagers, Gavin Martin Bacon (15), from Windhoek, and Lauri Pekka Sakari Repo (17), from Finland, were killed.
