ResponseWhen The Namibian called Boundary Wholesalers yesterday, a representative of the store in Windhoek who only wanted to be named as Ibrahim, said the store purchase all their uniforms from South Africa. He went on to say that any customer who was dissatisfied with their garments bought at the shop were welcome to return it to the store to exchange it for another item. ‘In the 11 years we have been operating in Namibia, no client has gone to the media to complain about our garments. I cannot even comment on that complaint as I don’t know which uniform was bought and what the nature of the problem is’. He is urging the client to return the garment to the store and the staff will exchange it if necessary.
