MOSCOW – Royal Dutch Shell said yesterday its Bonga oil project in Nigeria is due to start up in November.
“Bonga start-up is (due) this month, I mean, November,” Malcolm Brinded, Shell’s exploration and development boss told journalists at the sidelines of an industry conference in Moscow.
