Bank Windhoek at Aranos

IN a continuous drive to reach the rural population with commercial banking services, Bank Windhoek yesterday opened a branch at Aranos in the Hardap Region.

The bank is situated at the corner of Main Street and Hospital Street and has been equipped with a sophisticated security system to ensure the safety of clients while they are in the bank or using the automated teller machine (ATM). Bank Windhoek said the latest branch would offer a comprehensive range of banking products and services to the community of Aranos.The bank at Aranos is the sixth branch that Bank Windhoek has opened as part of its expansion to the far north and deep south of Namibia.Others have been opened at Noordoewer, Eenhana, Outapi, Opuwo and Okakarara.This expansion has been partly funded by the British Government, through its Department for International Development.The official opening ceremony of the Aranos branch is scheduled for February 22.Bank Windhoek said the latest branch would offer a comprehensive range of banking products and services to the community of Aranos.The bank at Aranos is the sixth branch that Bank Windhoek has opened as part of its expansion to the far north and deep south of Namibia.
