GREENSPACE Friends of Avis have postponed their Fun Day until later in the year when the water level of the dam has declined.
In a statement released in Windhoek yesterday, the organisation said it was concerned that the steep banks of the sluice, and the water which fills it, could both be potential safety hazards, especially for children.
