Atshipara re-elected at Oshakati

THE Oshakati Town Council has re-elected former teacher and school inspector Engelbert Atshipara as mayor for a tenth consecutive term on Monday afternoon.

His former deputy, Skinny Hilundwa, unexpectedly failed to regain that position but remains as an ordinary council member.
