Atlas Copco to buy GreenField

STOCKHOLM – Atlas Copco AB, a Swedish maker of air compressors, said yesterday it agreed to buy Swiss rival GreenField for an undisclosed sum.

GreenField reported revenue of 270 million Swedish kronor (US$38.4 million) and has around 200 employees.
