Arrest warrant for Keetmans cop

THE Keetmanshoop Magistrate’s Court has issued an arrest warrant for one of 17 Police officers accused of beating up five men during questioning on housebreaking charges.

Harrickson Moshana failed to turn up at the court hearing of the case yesterday.
