Another Hardap Swapo leader quits

A MEMBER of the Hardap Swapo District Executive, Botha Basson, has quit the Swapo Party to join the Rally for Democracy and Progress.

Basson yesterday told The Namibian that he had tendered his resignation to the ruling party.
