Amushelelo, Nauyoma to appeal bail denial

AFFIRMATIVE Repositioning leader Job Amupanda says the legal team of the Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters member Michael Amushelelo and the AR activist Dimbulukeni Nauyoma have received instructions to appeal against their rejection of bail in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court in Katutura earlier on Tuesday.

The two remain in custody after they were arrested in connection with protests at China Town recently.

Although the combined legal team of both activists Dimbulukeni Nauyoma and Michael Amushelelo are studying the judgement that denied bail, they have informed us that there are good prospects for appeal. Instructions have been given to appeal! Amupanda posted on social media.
