The only direct route between Botswana and Namibia is set to commence next month.
Air Botswana announced on Tuesday that it will start flying from both Namibia and South Africa.
“This expansion is intended to ease flight connectivity between destinations within southern Africa and beyond, while offering flexibility of choice to customers. These Jet operated new routes will commence in phases from 1 September to 1 November,” the airline noted in a media statement.
The flights will be from Maun, Kasane and Gaborone.
