Five people lost their lives in a head-on collision between a quantum bus and a seven-seater on the B1 road on Tuesday morning in the Onyaanya constituency of the Oshikoto region.
The accident occurred at around 09h00.
All five of the deceased were occupants of the seven-seater, the police say.
