The police at Walvis Bay have made progress in the robbery case that occured at the Beef Co Meat Market at Kuisebmond, Walvis Bay on Wednesday.
According to Erongo police spokesperson chief inspector Ileni Shapumba, two suspects were arrested on Thursday at the Dunes Mall at Walvis Bay.
Shapumba says one of them has similar cases in the Oshana and Khomas regions.
Meanwhile, two persons of interest that were held in police custody for investigations yesterday were released.
“We salute our communities for the continuous support, and we are proud of our members for a great job. It’s critical that we call upon our business communities to continously improve security when handling money,” Shapumba says.
