A NAMIBIAN Defence Force member stationed at Rundu Military Base was found dead in a hospital toilet on Tuesday morning, Kavango East acting regional commander deputy commissioner Eino Nambahu says.
The deceased has been identified as Isai Kanhuku (33).
Nambahu says Kankuhu had been admitted to the hospital on Saturday.
According to Nambahu, nurses at the hospital reported that Kanhuku informed them he was using the toilet, and they observed nothing unusual upon his leaving for the toilet.
Kanhuku’s family has been informed of his death, Nambahu said.
