Telecom’s satellite woes

TELECOM Namibia has apologised to frustrated subscribers who have had to deal with hanging phone calls and Internet connections lately.

It attributes the problem to technical difficulties with its IP VSAT system, an Internet and telephony solution that provides voice, fax and Internet services via satellite.
