POLICE at Keetmanshoop have arrested a fellow Police officer,Timotheus Kabhila, on a charge of theft, Karas Regional Commander Josephat Abel reported yesterday.
Kabhila allegedly stole safe keys and a service pistol belonging to the Tses village Police Station.
