GOBABIS – The Ministry of Environment and Tourism has donated two fire trucks and a 500-litre tanker to the forestry office here.

The District Forestry Officer, Lea Iipinge, said that deforestation and veld fires remained destructive, with people chopping down trees to fashion as poles for sale.
