4 US soldiers killed in Iraq attacks

BAGHDAD – Five US soldiers have been killed in separate attacks in Iraq, the military said yesterday.

“Three soldiers travelling in a 1st Armoured Division convoy were killed during a small arms ambush” near the southern city of Diwaniyah around 19:00 on Saturday, the military said in a statement.
