A FARMER from the Oshekedhiya farming area in the Oshana Region was murdered on Sunday night.Constable Jonas Matheus of the Oshakati Police told The Namibian that Gebhard Naftali Shinyemba (44) was shot during a quarrel with a cattle herder.
The suspect is still at large.
