11-year-old raped at refugee camp

AN Angolan refugee has been arrested at the Osire camp near Otjiwarongo in connection with the rape of an 11-year-old girl.

Gabriel Mwembo (38) allegedly raped the girl on June 5, the Police reported in their crime bulletin yesterday.
