TWO men were nabbed behind the wheel of a stolen Government Mercedes Benz near Palmwag at the beginning of the month.
The Police crime bulletin only reported yesterday that the Opuwo Police had arrested Ingashikuka Ndeikwila (23) and Seblon Hamunyela (24) on motor vehicle theft charges around July 2.
