POLICE at Outapi have arrested a 17-year-old boy at Uukwambi on charges of robbing a cuca shop of N$3 242,60 worth of goods on Friday.
The boy allegedly cut through the corrugated iron sheets of the shop and made off with tobacco, liquor, cooldrinks, sweets, candles, and even two speakers from the shop’s sound system.
