Work, don’t drink, says Governor

RUNDU – Kavango Regional Governor John Thighuru has supported a call by traditional leaders that cuca shop owners should not open up before the afternoon.

Traditional leaders have complained that people in the region spend most of their time drinking in cuca shops rather than working in their fields.
