RUNDU – The City of Windhoek and the Rundu Town Council signed a cooperation agreement relating to economic development on Thursday.
The memorandum of cooperation signed by Rundu Mayor Gosbert Mandema and City of Windhoek Mayor Mathew Shikongo, involves the exchange of information concerning water and waste management, human resource and staff management as well as the promotion of the local economy The two municipal authorities also agreed to exchange information in areas of tourism development, finance administration, public transport and property management.
