Dear parents, I am one of the cyclists who did the tour for the Association of the Handicapped.
We commemorated the event with a visit to the school of Augustineum on whose behalf we did the tour as our school was our pride then.It is a shame to see the school in the condition it is today. No wonder the school discipline is at levels they are today. While addressing the children on March 29 last week, I could not help the frustration of seeing total disregard for authority of the principal and her teaching staff. Some staff members did not even attend the event. Perhaps those are the ones behind the indiscipline. Please teachers, support each other and you will get much further. And as far as the learners are concerned, you are not at school to prove how disruptive you can be. You are there to learn and to be shaped for the cruel, hard world out there. Please pull up your socks and start learning.Old studentof Augustineum Training CollegeVia the website
