Welcome Clean-up Of Government Offices

I’VE been working for the government in Opuwo constituency in Kunene Region for almost ten years.

So I was one of those who witnessed the official opening of a new, beautiful, building known as the offices of the Kunene Regional Council. After a while (five months after its inception) I visited the offices and I was shocked to see the condition of the building. It was very untidy inside as well as outside. The premises and its surroundings were very dirty.Only the parking area was in a sound condition. This is despite the fact that this is the building that accommodates the office of the Kunene Regional Governor, Hon. Simson Tjongarero. The question until recently was, who is supervising the cleaners allocated by the Ministry for keeping it clean and tidy? To our pleasure recently a CEO who was assigned to the Kunene Regional Council arrived in Opuwo some weeks ago and one can see the difference between the “old” and “new” council offices. The place is now clean and tidy, thanks to the sound leadership skills, dedication and motivation of the new CEO.We are fully behind him in support of his abilities to keep the place in order as it is stipulated in the government’s rules.Let this be a good example for all the ministries within the borders of the Kunene Region.Martha Reinhold OpuwoAfter a while (five months after its inception) I visited the offices and I was shocked to see the condition of the building. It was very untidy inside as well as outside. The premises and its surroundings were very dirty.Only the parking area was in a sound condition. This is despite the fact that this is the building that accommodates the office of the Kunene Regional Governor, Hon.
