A ZIP-WIRE accident on Monday claimed the life of a 32-year-old Raleigh International volunteer at a lodge outside Windhoek.
Sally Whitcomb fell to her death at 09h30 at the Out of Nature lodge 30 km outside Windhoek, allegedly after a cable slide malfunctioned.
